Student Organizations
- Student Fee Funded Groups (SFF)
  Includes all student fee funded student departments, cultural centers and educational activities funded groups.
- Recognized Student Organizations (RSO)
  Includes all student groups that receive annual group recognition from the university.
University Departments
- Official Departments of Oregon State University (Dept.)
  Includes alumni activities, administrative and academic departments, and state agencies connected with the ODE, OUS and federal grant funding agencies.
Non-OSU Affiliated
- Campus Guests
  Includes all none OSU related events (fundraisers, private parties, non-profit events).

All Equipment and Furnishings are for use in Memorial Union (MU), MU Quad and International Forum.
